Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement cake.

For non-perishable items, such as merchandise or accessories, please email us with photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect item within 3 days of receipt. We will promptly respond with potential remedies, such as sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
